TAKA TAK is not exactly a dish, its a sound, produced when choppers hit to the tava. But now this sound has it’s own section in the restaurants menu. In this TAKA TAK chopped style of cooking, you have option to have gurda (kidney), dil (heart), maghaz (brain), kapora and chaamp (unable to translate these two) of a goat. The above plate is a mix of all and one of the best of Lahore at “Gawal Mandi Food Street”.
