Facebook’s New Look

People like familiarity, familiarity with people, with colleagues, with systems, with softwares. I’ve started using Microsoft Word for some years. They updated it but didn’t change it completely that I need to found the tools in newer version. But now in 2007 they have changed the complete look. Though this new look is very good but I didn’t find ‘Save As’ option in it. I don’t mean that we should not update our systems, but make sure that it should be easier. I might talking about this change as good because I’m in a phase to accept changes. Whereas older people don’t like much changes and they wanted to stick with the system they understand completely. For new thing they have to learn again, and old people don’t like learning at that time.

Today when I logged in to my facebook account, I see it totally different, I was little confused. But there was a message which was telling me that there is a change in your outlook. Now you can see your notifications at the left top. There are three buttons after facebook in which the right most is of notifications. Secondly your online friends will be shown in left side bar at the bottom so you can easily see your online friends and click on them to chat. Thirdly on right top you’ll find your logout bar which also has ‘Home’ button which I often use. That was a good training message for even those who didn’t like changes. Find below the new look of facebook’s main page.

Tell me did you like it? How much? and why?

you don’t need to install it again.

You can access the save as button from the File > Save As
