This is so pathetic that I have to go to their main DSL office which is near sea view to get the bill corrected every month and yet they promise me that this will never happen again. Another problem with ptcl DSL is that the upload speed is almost 25% of what the download speed has been offered to you and while you can browse the internet at a reasonable speed, the torrent downloads and gaming is a complete disaster. PTCL has better network in gulberg, so, your connection works great there, but their network is not good enough where we live so, no matter which connection we use we will keep getting disconnected.
